Q: What do you sell?
Our usual project is a pre-engineered metal building for a contractor. We also sell components for metal buildings. If you just need a few pieces of panel or trim, contact a sales rep and they can help you. Also, we can engineer a bolt-up project or a weld-up project.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not. Our office is located on the grounds of the production facility and since we manufacture each job specifically and usually for an experienced contractor, there is not much need for a showroom.
Q: Do you sell kits?
No, we do not. Each job (or order) is individually developed according to the specifications of our customer. If you are looking for a kit, there are other companies (such as Mueller) that can provide that item.
Q: Do you sell to the public?
Yes, we do. Our usual customer is a steel erection company or general contractor but sales to the general public do occur. It is best if you know what you are looking for; however, if you need some help, our sales reps and engineers can give suggestions that would create the stronger structure.
Q: Do we need to set an appointment to deliver material?
No appointment is needed. Delivery hours are 8am to 5pm. Just drive around to the back and pull through one of the open bay doors. Randy will take care of you.
Q: How are material deliveries scheduled?
Deliveries are scheduled depending on location, type of job, and type of material. Most building projects are delivered first thing in the morning. If the order is components, they will be put on a truck run to that area and delivered on a route. Many times, the material can be picked up here at our location provided that the correct type of vehicle/trailer is used.
Q: How long does it take to manufacture an order?
This depends on the number and type of orders we have pending. In most cases, we can do a small component order within 48 hours (not including weekends/holidays). However, there are times when production is backlogged and it may take up to four working days. On average, buildings are done within six weeks from start to finish. Contact a sales rep for details.
